Patti Kolokithas hails from Charleston, South Carolina and now resides in Travelers Rest with her husband, Leon. She is a graduate of the College of Charleston and played on the first tennis team and was the first female to receive a tennis scholarship. She has two daughters. She started her career as a Social Worker and when she moved to Greenville County she worked as an agent with the SC Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services. After retiring, she began her journey with Eppes & Plumblee. She enjoys volunteering, traveling, spending time with family, and watching any and all reality tv shows. People often say she resembles Jennifer Lopez. She is much too modest to agree.
Jordan is Lee Plumblee’s paralegal. She is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina. She moved to Charlotte for college and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a B.A. in Psychology. She furthered her education and received a Post-Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from Central Piedmont Community College in 2014. The following year, she moved to Greenville, South Carolina for her husband’s job and fell in love with the area. In her free time, Jordan enjoys hiking and hanging out with friends and family, especially her fur-child, Leroy Amos, who is a black lab.
Maddy Varin is a Certified Paralegal for Frank Eppes, and has been with Eppes and Plumblee since February 2017. She is a Greenville native and a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. After college, she became a Probation and Parole Agent with the S.C. Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon Services. Since working as a Probation Agent, Maddy received an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, and became certified through NALA and the South Carolina Board of Paralegal Certification. Maddy loves Clemson football, traveling, spending time at the lake and hanging out with her rescue pit-bulls, Monte and Tully.
Meagan Nakatsu was born in New York state, but moved to Greenville, South Carolina as a young child. After graduating from Mauldin High School she attended Coastal Carolina. Meagan also studied to become and was licensed as an Esthetician. After a car accident changed her life, Meagan became the receptionist for the New Lawyers building. Eventually she transitioned to work for Eppes & Plumblee, P.A. as Mr. Plumblee’s mediation scheduling assistant and additional assistant to Mr. Eppes.
When Meagan is not at the office she can be found spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Graham. Meagan can also be found exercising, drinking wine, crafting, listening to audiobooks, or planning themed dinners (murder mystery, Game of Thrones, etc.) . although not in that particular order.
